Yaheetech Adjustable Piano Bench with Storage
The Piano Dad’s Review
As the father of a smaller musician, I find that most benches will suit her if I have a footrest on hand.
But taller players are not so lucky and often find themselves feeling like those entry-level piano benches are classroom chairs in kindergarten to them.
Yaheetech aims to fix this issue with their adjustable piano bench.
This bench looks a lot like the standard Yaheetech benches. But it features a simple adjustment mechanism which can be used to raise or lower the seat.

Ideal for Taller Children
The build quality of the bench itself is stellar.
The frame is cedar wood and the legs are durable MDF. The manufacturer states that it can accommodate users of up to 300 lbs. This appears to be true especially when the bench is in the lowered position.
The mechanism for raising and lowering the seat seems quite flimsy, however, with some metal struts and a fragile lever. While it’s fine for a long and lanky child, some online reviewers felt like the seat will give way when in the raised position if used by a heavier adult.
I personally had no issues with it as a normal sized guy.
It’s nice to have an adjustable seat for when my daughter plays and needs something a little higher.
It’s also great for occasional adjustment – it does the job. If it starts to feel loose, I can tighten the screws and they will hold for a while.
Versatile and Comfortable
I was very impressed with how comfortable the seat was. The padding is thick and high density, which makes this a dream to use for longer sessions.
The storage box is generously sized, and can even fit a few books and accessories in it.
Yaheetech is on to a great idea with this adjustable bench and the price is affordable too.
If you’re looking for something that will grow with your child, then this could be a great buy.

For those who find standard piano benches to be uncomfortable, this is a great option. It is easy to adjust, has a thick, padded sheet, and still features a spacious music storage box under the seat.
